Making First World Manufacturing Competitive

The blog is about how to make first-world manufacturing operations more competitive, by leveraging better systems and encouraging a continuous improvement culture – thereby reducing the overhead of business processes.  Hopefully this can act as a catalyst for reshoring, and a renaissance of manufacturing in the developed world.
The blog is a work in progress.  Currently I’m working on finishing some of the articles and adding the proper footnotes in all of them, to show specific sources of the ideas within.  You can refer to the bibliography to see the booklist where much of the material is sourced from.
I’ve not made any effort to connect the blog to the public yet due to its unfinished nature, but welcome your comments if you happen upon it while under construction.
